March 8 On this United Nations Day for Women’s Rights, we rejoice in the ministry of Edna Johnson, a nurse in Liberia. Her work with women and children includes visits to villages with the Curran Hospital Mobile Team to vaccinate children and provide prenatal care. Praise God for the medical team that seeks to revitalize Curran’s desperately needed health services to the war-affected in Lofa County.
