July 18 Praise God for the many years of service of Carin and Dr. Lennart Persson in Thailand, who began serving in Asia in 1970 for the Lutheran Church in America and will retire in Sweden this summer. The couple has served in India, Indonesia, and most recently Thailand, where Lennart has taught New Testament at the McGilvary Faculty of Theology of Payap University in Chiang Mai.
