ELCA Seminaries Plan 2004 Commencements

     CHICAGO (ELCA) -- The seminaries and extension centers of
the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) prepare
candidates for lay and ordained ministry in the church.
Commencement exercises close their 2003-2004 academic year.
The date, school, keynote speaker and site of the exercises
are given:

The Most Rev. Frank T. Griswold, presiding bishop of the
 Episcopal Church, New York
St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, Austin
     LSPS is an extension of Wartburg Theological Seminary
     and the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago, and is
     located on the campus of the Episcopal Theological
     Seminary of the Southwest (ETSS).  Commencement
     activities are conducted jointly with ETSS.

Lutheran Theological Center in Atlanta (LTCA)
     LTCA, located on the campus of the Interdenominational
     Theological Center (ITC), is an extension of theological
     education programs of the eight seminaries of the ELCA.
     LTCA students graduate from the seminaries.
