ELCA Awards Phoebe Herman Scholarships to 15 International Students

CHICAGO (ELCA) -- The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA)
awarded scholarships of $2,000 each to 15 international students
attending ELCA colleges and universities in the 2010-2011 academic year.
The scholarships were awarded from the Phoebe Herman Scholarship
Endowment Fund through ELCA Vocation and Education.
