San Francisco Congregation Returns to the ELCA

CHICAGO (ELCA) -- St. Francis Lutheran Church, San Francisco,
rejoined the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) late last
month by ratifying a new constitution and celebrating its return in a
special worship service Feb. 27.
