October 8 Give thanks for the many years of faithful ministry provided by Dr. Mark and Linda Jacobson to the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania. Mark is a medical doctor and serves as director of Arusha Lutheran Medical Center. Linda works with the center's Sexual Abuse and Rape Care Center and provides orientation and hospitality to the many volunteers who come to work at the center and Selian Hospital. _ Thank you for participating in "Prayer Ventures" daily prayers for ELCA ministries.
